ADVANCING WOMEN IN
Science, Technology,
Engineering & Mathematics
Leading Network of Women Professionals in STEM.
Despite decades of progress towards workplace equality, women remain underrepresented in the STEM workforce. Many women exit STEM careers due to culture, bias, and a lack of advancement opportunities. With the right tools, training, and support, women can not only thrive in these fields but become mentors and leaders driving the future of their organizations.
Our community of professional women in STEM prepares women with real-world strategies and relationships that support development and advancement within STEM careers. STEM-UP supports STEM Women in Higher Education including Students, Faculty, and Early-Career Professionals.

STEM-UP NETWORK
Mission
Our mission is to provide women in STEM with real-world strategies and relationships that support their ability to flourish, prosper and advance personally and professionally.
The STEM-UP Network (STEM-UP) works to expand on existing programs and services to support professional and academic women in STEM and narrow the gender talent gap in the STEM workforce. Specifically, STEM-UP builds capacity and community through research- and evidence-based programs, activities, and resources focused on retaining and advancing women in their chosen STEM studies and careers.
