We are an innovative and supported movement operating and recognized nationally as the trusted resource in support of the retention and advancement of NextGen Women in STEM™ across disciplines, organizations, and institutions.  To prepare the next generation of women in STEM to thrive in an evolving workforce and serve as role models and mentors for future generations, ultimately retaining and advancing a gender-diverse, productive STEM workforce that drives competitiveness and innovation.

Our mission is to provide NextGen Women in STEM™ with a strong transition into a STEM career with real-world strategies and relationships that support their ability to flourish, prosper, and advance personally and in their careers.

STEM-UP Network Unique Value Add

We are uniquely focused on providing our NextGen Women in STEM™ with a strong start in their STEM careers; across multiple disciplines; across select regions and communities in the United States; and as an expansion network across STEM organizations and institutions.  We work to narrow the gender talent gap in the STEM workforce with key researched retention and advancement strategies.
