
Stephanie Zegers, Assistant Director for STEM Career and Employer Relationship Development, Elizabethtown College
Stephanie Zegers serves as the Assistant Director for STEM Career and Employer Relationship Development at Elizabethtown College. She holds a master’s degree in strategic leadership from Elizabethtown College and a bachelor’s degree in education from Millersville University. An expert in career development and building industry partnerships, Stephanie has eight years of experience building cross-sector teams for workforce development in STEM and Education. She currently leads the internship program for Etown College’s School of Engineering and Computer Science. She is passionate about increasing diversity in STEM fields and has spearheaded initiatives such as the Momentum Coding Academy, a summer coding program for high school students that prioritizes first-generation students, and the annual Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, an outreach event designed to inspire girls to pursue careers in engineering. Stephanie is also an active planning committee member for the Lancaster STEM Alliance Workforce 2030 Summit and was most recently quoted in Lindsey Pollak’s latest edition of Getting from College to Career.
