Emily Harasin, R&D Scientist II, Covestro

Emily grew up in the Pittsburgh area. After graduating from Ohio University with her bachelor’s in chemistry in 2024, she returned to Pittsburgh to work at Covestro as a technical trainee and then a R&D Scientist in the rigid insulation group.  While working, she completed an online master’s in chemistry through OU. Outside of work, she enjoys climbing, playing guitar, and being outside.
