Laura Sayegh, Quality and Regulatory Specialist, HNL Lab Medicine

Laura Sayegh is a Quality and Regulatory Specialist at HNL Lab Medicine, where she supports laboratory quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Over her career, Laura has grown from technical laboratory roles to laboratory operations leadership and into quality and regulatory positions, driven by a passion for learning and helping others succeed.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Moravian University and an ASCP certification in Blood Banking. She is passionate about helping people build confidence in their abilities, communicate effectively, navigate change, and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems. Her career has reinforced her belief that growth often comes from embracing challenges and being willing to learn something new. Outside of work, Laura enjoys baking, creating art, and spending time with family.
