Abby Carlisle, Data Management Associate, BNY

Abby Carlisle attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she landed an internship with BNY and later joined the firm full-time as part of BNY’s 2024 Analyst Cohort. She is currently a Data Management Associate within the Engineering practice, where she specializes in data transformation, reporting modernization, AI enablement, and technology program execution. Abby helps teams improve decision-making through scalable processes, automation, analytics, and modern data management practices.

 She currently leads technology-focused initiatives including Power BI reporting enhancements, data governance improvements, and AI adoption efforts across her platform. Passionate about emerging technology, Abby enjoys exploring how AI, automation, and data can be used to solve business challenges and drive innovation. She is also the Co-Chair of the Women in Engineering Pittsburgh chapter, where she helps create opportunities for professional development, networking, and community engagement. Through a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, Abby helps drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
