Abha Doshi, Director, Financial Compliance, Exus Renewables 

Abha Doshi is a Director on the Project Finance team at Exus Renewables North America, where she is responsible for ensuring financial compliance across lending and tax equity obligations. In her role, she collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to support and communicate the progression of solar, wind and battery storage projects across all stages, including development, construction, operations and repowering. Prior to her work in the U.S., Abha gained both personal and professional experience across India, Germany and the United Kingdom, building a diverse background in energy, infrastructure, financial services, consumer goods and private equity. She brings a well‑rounded financial perspective spanning project finance, portfolio and asset management, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Abha is excited to mentor on topics that include cross-functional collaboration between finance and STEM driven teams, navigating opportunities and hurdles at various sized organizations as well as recognizing and overcoming cultural nuances across global markets.
