The sister companion to the retreats is Drop In!, which is a community of women seeking opportunity to grow, be in wonder, and curiosity as they drop below the small talk together both virtually and in-person.

-Engaged and consulted alongside senior leaders as an Executive Leadership Consultant with Talent Plus, an international selection, and leadership development company,
-Led the world renowned Ritz-Carlton culture and mission as the Director of Human Resources in Boston and Philadelphia.
-Inspired and brought to life the Ritz-Carlton story to service leaders on the national stage,

She holds certifications in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard Professional Development Program, is a facilitator of Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and is currently being certified in Positive Intelligence Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry Coaching.
Carrie is married to Kerry and they are joyfully lifting and cheering on their two daughters, Hannah and Libby as they spread their wings in young adulthood. Connecting deeply with others, hiking, skiing, playing with her golden retriever and reading and writing all keep her growth mindset buoyed.
She volunteers her time and talent in the community by serving on several boards in the capacity of leader, mentor, facilitator and partner.
