Carrie M. Fischer, P.E., MEng, Senior Engineer, NTM Engineering, Inc.

Mrs. Carrie M. Fischer, P.E., MEng., is an Engineer at NTM Engineering’s headquarters office in Dillsburg. With over 10 years of experience in civil and water resources engineering, she has vast involvement in hydrology and hydraulics design work and waterway permitting for the preliminary engineering of public projects. Her specialty includes floodplain and stream analyses for culvert and bridge replacements, roadway improvements, stream restorations, and ACT 167 stormwater management projects in Pennsylvania. Carrie is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2014) and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering (2021). She served as President of the WTS Central PA Chapter from 2021-2022 and continues to be involved in professional organizations and STEAM events for the younger generation.
