Jessica Frantz, Information Systems Coordinator, HNL Lab Medicine

Jessica Frantz is an Information Systems Coordinator at HNL Lab Medicine, where she helps teams leverage technology to improve processes, communication, and collaboration while supporting end users and finding solutions to everyday technology challenges. Before transitioning into IT, she worked as a Project Coordinator for a large commercial construction company, building a strong foundation in project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cazenovia College and is passionate about continuous learning, helping others, and connecting people, processes, and technology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, two Dobermans, and horse, interests that have taught her the value of patience, resilience, trust, and teamwork.
