Julie Wulff, Principal Technical Program Manager, CivicScience 

Julie Wulff is the Principal Technical Program Manager at CivicScience, where she oversees technology initiatives from the earliest planning stages through launch. Over her 25-year career, she has built a reputation for bringing order to complicated, multi-team efforts working closely with executives, engineers, and business leaders to keep everyone moving in the same direction. She is a certified PMP and has guided teams around the world through major technology upgrades in both the banking and tech industries.

Julie is equally invested in lifting others up outside of her day job. She started CivicScience’s first-ever women’s employee group and now helps lead Embrace, the company’s broader initiative for inclusion and career growth. She also serves on the board of the getWITit Pittsburgh Chapter. When she’s not deep in a program roadmap, you’ll find Julie under the hood of a car or working through her latest crochet project, a hobby she picked up in 2025.
