With over 11 years of experience in biomedical engineering, Kate has built a dynamic career spanning both the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Kate has a B.S and a Masters of Engineering in biomedical engineering. She began her journey as a product development engineer, leading technical projects and driving innovation in medical device design. Recognizing the importance of strong project leadership, she earned her PMP certification to deepen her expertise in project management. In 2021, she transitioned into a full-time project management role at ARx, a pharmaceutical CDMO, where she continues to leverage her engineering background to proactively identify risks and solve complex problems. Her unique blend of technical and strategic skills has allowed her to make a large impact in multiple areas at ARx.
