
Kellee Murray-Morales, Vice President of Human Resources, Cargas Systems
Kellee currently serves as head of Human Resources at Cargas Systems, an employee-owned software company based in Lancaster, PA, offering consulting services and software from Acumatica, Microsoft, Sage, Salesforce, and HubSpot, as well as custom-developed products. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and risk management and insurance from Temple University, an MBA from Lebanon Valley College, and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Kellee is a results-oriented, strategic HR leader with a proven track record of building organizational capability and best-in-class teams that drive value through engaging people, processes, and systems. She began her career with Willis Towers Watson, focusing on third-party benefits administration, and has since gained diverse experience in both human resources and operations. She has worked across private and public organizations in industries such as consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, and education, including roles at Robert Bosch Corporation, Lancaster General Health, and U-GRO Learning Centers. In her current role, Kellee leverages her thought leadership and unique insights to align people systems with business strategy, driving transformational change through a three-year strategic roadmap.
