Kolicia Davis is a technology and cybersecurity leader with over a decade of experience in identity and access management, security operations, and digital transformation.  In her current role, she leads enterprise security initiatives that help protect critical systems while improving how people securely access technology.

Her path into tech wasn’t traditional.  Kolicia began her career in Civil Engineering, operations and customer-facing roles, then gradually built her skills, earned certifications, and took on new opportunities that led her into cybersecurity leadership.  Through persistence, continuous learning, and mentorship, she transformed curiosity about technology into a successful career.

Beyond her professional work, Kolicia is passionate about giving back and helping others break into tech.  She has volunteered with organizations such as Per Scholas, NSBE, GovTechCon, and Urban Pathways, mentoring students and adults who are exploring careers in technology.
