Marla Litsky, Data Science Analyst, BNY

Marla Litsky is a Data Science Analyst at BNY and a member of the firm’s 2025 Analyst Cohort. She graduated from the University of Rochester with degrees in Data Science and Political Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Johns Hopkins University.

 In her role, Marla works within BNY’s Finance Engineering organization, where she supports data-driven and AI-powered solutions that help teams leverage analytics to make more informed business decisions. Her interests span data science and finance, with a particular focus on using data to solve complex problems and communicate meaningful insights.

 Marla is passionate about learning and exploring the many applications of STEM across industries. Having recently navigated the transition from college to the workforce herself, she enjoys sharing her experiences with internships, career exploration, and networking. She is excited to connect with students and discuss the opportunities a STEM background can create across technology, business, and finance.
