Mary Syron has always been driven by a genuine passion for helping others succeed. As her career progressed into management, that passion expanded to mentoring others as they discovered professional goals they didn’t even realize they had. This experience fueled her commitment to growth and leadership, leading her to earn her bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Phoenix in 2018.

With more than 15 years in the financial services industry, she has learned that clients value taking the time to truly understand their priorities. That belief ultimately led her to her role with Edward Jones, where meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything she does. When meeting, she wants to know more than your financial numbers.
