Melissa Fuller, Chief Executive Officer, STEM Coding Lab 

Melissa Fuller is the Chief Executive Officer for STEM Coding Lab, where the mission is to expand economic mobility for K-8 children in underserved communities by providing access to learning experiences that build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in a digital economy. Their vision is a world where every child, regardless of their socioeconomic status, has an opportunity to succeed.

 Melissa has been a nonprofit leader for more than 20 years and has spent her entire career dedicated to serving youth in communities ensuring they have every opportunity to succeed in life. Her experience includes work with national nonprofits such as the YMCA of Greater Erie, YWCA Greater Pittsburgh, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Western PA.
