Nicole Allison, Operational Excellence Manager, Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc. (MEPPI)

Nicole Allison is an Operational Excellence Manager with Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc (MEPPI).   She earned her bachelor’s in public relations and an MBA from Duquesne University.  Nicole spent 8 years with MEPPI, working in the manufacturing, operations, and information technology fields before pivoting her career into consulting and operational excellence with various consulting firms.  She rejoined MEPPI in 2023, supporting the launch and evolution of the Service Center Division, with a focus on operational excellence, change management and data analytics.
