Nicole Perry, Northeast Regional Quality Manager, Trulieve

Nicole Perry is the Northeast Regional Quality Manager at Trulieve, where she oversees quality operations of 6 growing and processing facilities across PA, MD, WV and OH. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry from Waynesburg University. Nicole began her career in Quality Control within the automotive manufacturing industry before moving into hemp and medical marijuana. Over the years, Nicole has helped build labs from the ground up, developed processes and SOPs, and grown into leadership roles that shaped her passion for quality and operations management. She enjoys mentoring others in STEM, especially women pursuing careers in science and leadership. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, a proud hockey mom and loves spending time with her husband, young son and three Australian Shepherds.
