Rebecca Gazda, Founder, Fractional Female Solutions
Rebecca Gazda is a lifelong technologist and data enthusiast who has focused on healthcare and cybersecurity for much of her career. She is dedicated to volunteerism and is currently on the board of getWITit Pittsburgh a women in tech organization, the co-head of technology and innovation for the Allegheny County Peace Collective focusing on reducing gun violence, Vice President for the Pittsburgh Glass Center Board of Directors, a mentor for the fortyx80 L.A.U.N.C.H. program for girls in STEM, a mentor for Innovation Works and on the Brave Women Project Pillar Awards steering committee. Rebecca has 20+ years of experience in everything data and analytics spanning from data science and machine learning to software development. She holds degrees and certificates from Saint Vincent College, University of South Carolina, Pennsylvania State University, and the Quantic School of Business and Technology. She also spends part of her time focusing on her consultancy, Fractional Female Solutions and her art studio Libby’s Tree LLC.
