Rebekah Harriger is the Director of Alumni Engagement and CEO of the Elizabethtown College Alumni Association. She has worked in higher education since 2016, with nearly a decade of experience spanning career services, experiential learning, and alumni engagement. Her work centers on helping students, alumni, and professionals articulate the value of their experiences, build confidence, and pursue meaningful career pathways.

Prior to her current role, Rebekah served as the Senior Director of Career Services and Experiential Learning at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, where she led campus‑wide career readiness and experiential learning initiatives that aligned student learning with workforce needs.

In her current role, Rebekah brings a strategic and relational lens to alumni engagement, leading efforts to strengthen lifelong connections, cultivate alumni involvement, and inspire graduates to give back through mentorship, philanthropy, service, and collaboration with current students.

Rebekah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Society for Experiential Education (SEE). She is a recipient of SEE’s Experiential Education Rising Leader Award, has been named one of Harrisburg’s Young Professionals “20 in their 20s,” recognized as a “Tech Titan” for her work advancing pathways to STEM careers, and honored by the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Women of Influence Awards as a Women to Watch, an award recognizing women under the age of 35 who display outstanding professional acumen, community involvement and commitment to positive change.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Geneva College. She is also a graduate of the Society for Experiential Education’s Experiential Education Academy, a nationally recognized distinction reserved for individuals who have significantly advanced the field and profession of experiential education.

Through her work, Rebekah strives to create lasting impact by empowering individuals to recognize the value of their experiences, build meaningful relationships, and pursue careers where they can thrive and contribute with purpose.
