She has built and led high-performing software organizations across healthcare, government, and commercial markets, consistently driving innovation and operational excellence. Known for aligning teams around strategic goals, Rena has a focus for fostering collaboration, removing barriers, and delivering measurable results. She is also an active member of the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP), where she supports the Women in Tech mentoring program to help cultivate the next generation of leaders in technology.
