We are a community of professional women in science and technology that support each other in our ability to thrive and advance in our careers and lives.  We are especially focused on women in higher education (students, early-career faculty, early-career alumna) preparing for, and transitioning into, their STEM careers in industry, non-profits, government, the military, and academia, and those looking to advance in their careers.

STEM-UP Network provides professional women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) with tried and true real-world strategies and relationships that support our ability to flourish, prosper and advance personally and in our careers.  Our growing network provides access to leadership development and mentoring programs, networking events and other opportunities for collaboration and connection at the local, regional, national and international levels – all designed to support and develop current and future women professionals in STEM.
