Vivedhini (Vini) Singaravelu is a highly accomplished Quality Project Manager at Phoenix Contact, with a diverse background in engineering and quality management. She holds an MBA from Quinnipiac University and an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from India.
Vini’s professional journey began as a trainee lecturer in India, where she honed her teaching and technical skills. After moving to the USA, she joined Philips Medical Devices, initially working in the testing department. Her passion for quality and continuous improvement led her to transition into the quality department, where she earned several prestigious American Society of Quality certifications, including Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence, Certified Quality Auditor, and Certified Quality Engineer. To further enhance her expertise, Vini pursued and completed the PMP certification through PMI.
At Phoenix Contact, Vini leads global projects, implementing and monitoring service centers worldwide. She has successfully implemented traceability systems for products in the USA and a new database for scrap approval. Vini excels in data analytics, using her skills to identify trends and drive continuous improvement projects. She has also led IT projects, including the implementation of new software system.
Vini is a key liaison between the business and IT departments, ensuring efficient data recording systems. She works directly with customers to address quality concerns and is an expert in root cause analysis, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
