Wally Ann McClain, Deputy Director, Pennsylvania Legislative Data Processing Center

Wally Ann McClain serves as Deputy Director at the PA Legislative Data Processing Center, where she leads the teams that build and support technology for the General Assembly. Before moving into public service, she spent a decade at TEKsystems/Allegis Group, beginning in sales and recruiting — where she found her passion for state and local government — and later serving as a Product Owner for their internal IT department, building key operational tools now used company-wide. She brings a rare mix of business fluency and hands-on technical delivery, and a conviction that with the right systems in place, a team can thrive.
