is a redesign of one of our signature STEM-UP Network programs. This version is specific to the needs of the next generation of women transitioning into careers with the long-term goal of retention and advancement in their chosen STEM studies and careers.

Program Goals

    • To upskill and level-up cohorts with real-world strategies and skills in career navigation, leadership development, networking and mentoring;
    • To provide nextgen women in STEM with relationships to support their retention and advancement through mentoring and networking;
    • To provide new networks for connections, communication, and possible collaborations.
